This beautiful small evergreen tree is from the Channel Islands. Finely divided leaves, ribbonlike bark, and large clusters of creamy white flowers in late spring provide year-round interest. Does drop leaves year-round, so requires a bit of maintenance in a tidy garden. A little afternoon shade is preferable away from the coast.
