Our most popular selection of the fragrant Cleveland Sage, highly sought after for its dark blue flowers on reddish stems. This selection has the most intense flower color of any native shrubby sage. This selection will grow to 5' tall and wide with an upswept airy look. Best in full sun with well-drained soil and little or no supplemental irrigation after establishment. Deer resistant. As with all shrubby sages, a good annual pruning in late summer will produce a more compact, longer lived plant. Attracts hummingbirds.
