Description:
A beautiful evergreen oak with holly-like leaves, the Coast Live Oak grows up to 70' tall. It is wide-spreading forming a dense, rounded canopy. Tolerates many soils and is heat and cold resistant. It grows faster with supplemental winter water, but should not receive summer water after establishment. Native to the Coast Ranges of California from Sonoma to San Diego Counties.
