Description:
The Dwarf Blue-eyed Grass is a cute little perennial well placed in a meadow or rock garden, or along a path. Grass-like foliage (it's actually an Iris cousin) is graced by profuse blue-violet flowers with yellow centers in spring. This plant reaches about 6 inches tall and a foot across. Thrives in full sun, and will take drought or regular water. Also great in coastal gardens. Nice combined with Idaho Fescue, Checkerbloom, and Poppies.
