Description:
Perennial or subshrub, native to middle and high deserts. Stunning apricot orange flowers contrast beautifully with gray green foliage. Needs good drainage, sun and heat to perform well. Not a plant for our foggy coast. Like all Mallows, needs the protection of a gopher basket around its roots. Needs dry conditions, but give occasional water during first year.
