Stream Orchid

Description:
This cultivar of the Stream Orchid has deep burgundy colored stems and leaves. It was selected in the wild by Roger Raiche. As easy to grow as the regular species, given regular water and light shade, it will spread to form a nice patch in a few years. Winter dormant; usually emerges around March. A striking plant, well combined with other light shade and water lovers like Five-Finger Fern and Elk Clover.
