Description:
A low, neat-looking shrub to about 3' that can be pruned to make matlike mounds. Pink purple, tiny roses in dense clusters form in the summer. Give plenty of light. Adapts well to rocky outcroppings. Looks beautiful next to granite rock. It is winter deciduous and needs occasional deep watering in summer. Native to mountainous areas. Will grow on serpentine soils.
