This form of one of our local rushes was selected for its beautiful blue-tinted foliage. Reaching 3 feet tall and spreading to 4 feet around, the Blue Rush makes a dramatic statement with its gracefully arcing habit. As with all rushes, this plant would appreciate water at least every few weeks in the summer, and can tolerate heavy, even soggy soil, making it ideal for a lawn or pond border plant. Plant in full sun to light shade.
