Philadelphus microphyllus 'Desert Snow' Common Name: Mock Orange Size: 6'h x 6'w Sun: Sun-pt. shd H20: Occ.H2O/dry This showy shrub is native to rocky slopes in Southern California and the Southwest. Smaller than the more northern Mock Orange, it will form a mound about 6 feet tall and wide, covered in showy fragrant white flowers in late spring and early summer. An adaptable shrub, it will take regular water or a fair amount of drought, and sun or light shade. Deciduous.
