Occurring naturally only near Morro Bay in San Luis Obispo County, we are happy to be able to offer this rare and beautiful species. The Morro Bay Manzanita is a broad spreading shrub that will reach 6 feet tall and 12 feet wide in 10 years. A great plant for a well drained slope or for a low screen. Like the other manzanitas, it has beautifully sculptured deep brown branches and winter flowers that hummingbirds love. This manzanita takes coastal conditions well.
