Description:
One of the few native Agaves, this plant makes a dramatic statement in a dry sunny garden. Sharp pale gray leaves form a rosette about two feet across. Flowers once, dramatically, before dying, but usually has produced offsets by then. Well placed in a cactus garden, or other dry-loving natives like Artemisias, Daturas, and Dudleyas.
