Description:
This beautiful deep purple form of Douglas Iris was grown from seed collected in Sonoma County. A profuse bloomer, these plants are covered with varying shades of dark purple flowers with golden veins. It also spreads wider than is typical for this species. Ideal for a coastal garden in sun, combined with native grasses and annuals, or in light shade away from the coast.
