Description:
An esprecially dense form of the Monterey Manzanita. This species is more drought and heat tolerant than the uva-ursi (Bearberry) types, making it a better choice for inland gardens. Expect a dense mat of dark green foliage remaining under 18 inches tall and spreading 4-6 feet. Provide a half day to full sun and water every few weeks in summer for best growth.
